Tentative Activities for the 2025/26 School Year

In the Vernon International Student Program, we aim to provide many activities to enrich the experience of students. For this school year, please see below for the tentative activity plan. Keep an eye on our calendar page for specific dates for activities.

August 29th- Student Orientation

September 11th-Activities with the SWBA academy, beach day, welcome back BBQ

September 16th-19th-Oyama Aerial Park and Zipline

October- Apple/Pumpkin Pie Tasting, Vancouver Trip, Field of Screams (scary corn maze), Davison Orchard and Pumpkin Patch, Pumpkin Carving, Halloween Activities

November- Edmonton Trip, Kelowna Shopping and Bowling, Indigenous Beading Activity

December- Silver Star Tubetown and Skating, Holiday Activities, Vernon Vipers Hockey Game

January- Silver Star Ski Day, Vernon Vipers Hockey Game, Movie Day/Night

February- Kelowna Shopping and Bowling, Indigenous Activity

March- Yukon Trip, Rocky Mountain Trip, Spirit Weeks in Schools

April- Paintball, Art Activity

May- International Soccer League, Victoria Trip

June- Oyama Aerial Park and Zipline, Hike and Beach Day, Farewell Activities at Schools
